At Charzoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our return process as simple as possible. Please read through our return policy below to understand the steps involved.
Return & Exchange Eligibility 🔄
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the original packaging with tags still attached
- Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product page for more details.
How to Return or Exchange an Item 🔁

Contact Us:
To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at Jared.s.allen2@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. -
Return Authorization:
Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your items. -
Prepare Your Return:
- Package your items securely in the original packaging.
- Include a copy of the order receipt or invoice.
- Attach the RA number to the outside of the package.

Ship the Return:
Send the return package to the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong order.
Return Shipping Costs 💸
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
Refunds 💰
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. The exact timing depends on your payment method or bank.
Exchanges 🔄
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested product.
Damaged or Defective Items ⚠️
We take great care in ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Offer a full refund.
Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items 🚫
For health and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized items
- Items on sale or marked as non-returnable
